Peer Helper Power PointThe PEER HELPERS are selected students
trained as leaders for our Middle School
through the Guidance Department. PEER HELPERS will assist with tasks such as: mentoring new students to the district helping with transition from elementary to middle school school-wide prevention programs and activities

at the beginning of the school year. Teachers also make nominations. (2) Select students are invited to complete an application after nominations are reviewed. (3) Faculty input representing all grade level teams makes the final student recommendations. (4) Unfortunately, we always have to limit the number of Peer Helpers that are trained every year.
Therefore, we cannot train all of our qualified nominations
